Board Members are reminded to keep the Event Calendar up-to-date.
Updates to the calendar pages can be done through the web browser from the link on the MDGS Website, or at the following URL: http://pub21.bravenet.com/calendar/show.php?usernum=1720135714
Photos to be use on the MDGS Website may be uploaded directly to the satellite PHOTO SITE, using the following URL: http://pub21.bravenet.com/photocenter/album.php?usernum=1720135714
SUBMISSION NOTE:
Image must first be saved as a JPG file on your computer, before trying to upload to the satellite site. (maximum 300dpi)
Be sure to identify each photo and include a contact email address.
Current Board Members, Event Coordinators, and Show Secretaries should submit their website updates or reports directly to the following EMAIL: webnanny@mdgs.org
All submissions must created using the following file formats ONLY:
MS-Word Document (.doc)
Documents in "Rich Text Format" (rtf)
PDF File (.pdf)
CONTENT SUBMISSION NOTES:
Submissions must be attached files - DO NOT Copy & Paste the information directly into the body of the email message!
We CANNOT accept MS-Publisher files for use on the club site.
We CANNOT edit or change a PDF file, so be sure to proof your report before sending for inclusion on the club site.
When submitting show results -please type the words in the subject line of message:
"MDGS Web - Results"
When submitting event reports - please type the words in the subject line of message:
"MDGS Web - Reports"
Board Members are encouraged to send their comments or suggestions regarding the MDGS Website.
When submitting comments or site suggestions - please type the words in the subject line of message:
"MDGS Web - Inquiries"
The "President's Message Page" on the MDGS Website should be updated on a regular basis. When submitting the President's Message - please type the words in the subject line of message:
"MDGS Web - Prez-Sez"
It is up to the current MDGS President what type of message they wish to appear online.
ANNUAL GREETING - Single greeting published for the entire year
deadline for submission is Dec 31st.
QUARTERLY GREETING - Greetings changes four (4) times per year
Deadlines are Mar 31st, Jun 30th, Sep 30th, and Dec 31st
