Designed to aid 4-H Leaders, teen leaders, and other key people in the area of Goat 4-H projects.  This fall event, is held every other year, and is a fun and educational experience for both young & old.

This two day event is planned by the 4-H Goat Programming Committee.  This year's event was a hit with most of the people that attended.  A variety of classes were offered including classes on meat goats, pygmy goats and dairy goats.

The featured speaker of the event was Todd Biddle and he certainly brought a fresh new approach to some of the 4-H leaders for teaching our youth members.

The auction went extremely well with over $2400.00 being raised to go to the 4-H Goat Program. Auctionn money is used to support the workshop at Kettenun Center and the State Goat Tele-Award Program.

If anyone has suggestions for future classes, please contact the 4-H Programming Committee. New ideas are always welcomed.  Some MDGS members on this committee include: Linda Kast, Linda Coon, and Sue & Terry Gillhespy.
