The MDGS Annual Show is the premier event hosted by the Society, and enjoyable weekend showing goats and sharing friendships.

In addition to thrill and excitement of the show itself, a Doe Kid Raffle is also held in conjunction with the show.

This year's show will be held at the Ionia Free-Fair Fairgrounds, in Ionia, Michigan. The fairgrounds are easily accessible, with camping, and restaurants nearby.

This new, central location, should make it easier for more Michigan and  Out-State participants to compete.

.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED:  Help assist in planning the Annual Show, the Fall Goat Roundup, Spring Goat Day, and the upcoming ADGA National Convention which MDGS will be hosting in 2011.

Those interested need not be a Board Member to be a part of te planning committee.  The committee is responsible for brainstorming ideas, and helping to carry out these important events.  Contact a MDGS Board Member if interested in helping out.
