MDGS Board of Directors
The MDGS Board of Directors are responsible for
the everyday decisions that affect the Society by their majority
vote at the regular Board Meetings, which are held approximately
every other month, weather permitting. Board Meetings are open
to all Members who wish to see how their representatives are
voting. |

General Elections, to fill vacancies
on the Board, are held at the Annual Meeting, where the entire
Membership can vote for the candidate of their choice, provided
they are members in good standing.
The MDGS Annual Meeting is always
held during Spring Goat Day, on the 2nd Saturday in March.
Those interested in filling open Board positions must be a
current MDGS Member, for 1-year or more. |
