Membership is
open to any person, firm, or
partnership interested in
dairy goats, and/or their
products. Those
interested must apply to the
Society, and pay the
required fee for the annual
dues.
The fiscal
period for the Society
begins on the day of the
Annual MDGS Meeting, which
is the second Saturday in
March of each year, in
conjunction with the Annual
Spring Goat Day, hosted by
the Society.
Provided that
all dues are current,
members, aged 16 or over,
are entitled to one vote in
the general election of the
Society Officers, and
subscription to the
award-winning MDGS GoatNews
Publication.
